| BRENNAN DWYER, MBA

Brennan has extensive security and intelligence experience garnered from working alongside humanitarian, development, government and commercial clients.  He delivers security and business continuity consultancy for clients working in hostile environments. This includes senior roles as operations director as well as various consultancy and training positions.  Prior to this, Brennan managed various business turnaround and consultancy projects in the finance, pharmaceutical, engineering and FMCG sectors. This involved extensive change management and business improvement programs from designing, coordinating and delivering wide ranging structural change through to driving the development and acceptance of new technologies and ways of working.  Brennan served as a Regular Army Infantry Officer before moving to security and intelligence roles outside of the military. This was followed by extensive service as an Army Reservist, including operations. He currently commands an infantry reserve battalion.  Brennan’s BA is in Politics, Economics and Geography from Manchester University and he has an MBA from London Business School. Outside of work Brennan enjoys cycling, running and some triathlons. Eventually he will also complete the restoration of a 1976 VW Beetle.

 

| S.B.

S.B. has senior level experience of managing security, intelligence and investigations during a military and law enforcement career spanning 30 years. Most recently S.B. was a senior manager in the National Crime Agency where he held positions as Head of Tasking and HUMINT Operations.  Prior to that, S.B. was Head of the UK Liaison Bureau at Europol in The Hague with responsibility for tackling organized crime in partnership with European counterparts. Although a specialist in targeting serious and organized crime, S.B. has a broad background in investigations and intelligence collection developed through service with Kent Police and the National Criminal Intelligence Service.  S.B. graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served as a Regular Army Infantry Officer before starting a career in law enforcement.  Now a Reservist, he has served on operations in Afghanistan and has been deployed in a mentoring capacity to Uganda and Sierra Leone. Educated at Oxford University, where he read Sociology, S.B. also holds degrees in Policing and French from Kent University and The Open University.  When not working, S.B. enjoys trail running and coaching rugby.

 

| RAMINA KHARILEH

Ramina is a former investment banker with over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry in the USA and Europe where, among other business skills, she gained invaluable business operation experience as an analyst. She is also an active philanthropist having held board positions in several not-for-profit entities.  Ramina is the founder of Mira Official, Inc., a firearms instruction company delivering firearms training developed specifically for female shooters as well as customized curriculums for the personal security of professional personnel.   She completed the basic military training as a reservist in one of the combat support regiments of the British Army.   Ramina holds a BA in Business Studies and Masters degrees in Business Administration and Finance.  Outside work Ramina enjoys live music, watersports, camping, hiking, travel and good food.
